positioning, naming, tone, content, campaign

· LOST ·

Onwards Agency invited me to facilitate the positioning process for this edgy start-up who wanted to develop a challenger brand in the recruitment industry. An online platform that cuts out the middleman, they wanted to change the face of recruitment from human capital to human worth.

· FOUND ·

Working closely with the team, I facilitated the workshop and immersion process to ultimately create a brand that felt like a breath of fresh air. From there we took the client into a naming process, where Onwards co-founder, Joe, came up with the goods and Someonewho was born. I then went on to develop the tone of voice and roll that out across print, outdoor, the online platform, launch campaign and subsequent content.
