A small, young and perfectly formed family business, Findrs are an innovative recruitment business that needed a new brand that reflected their bright and upbeat character. Working in collaboration with my friends at Airborne, we took the team through a personal and supported brand articulation process.

· FOUND ·

I was invited to help Findrs get clear on who they are, what they do and why that matters. I conducted interviews with the whole team, ran a workshop at their offices, carried out a competitor audit and came to the central brand idea, Good People People. Findrs are genuinely nice people who genuinely care about their clients. They have strong values and a straightforward, warm and lighthearted voice that was a pleasure to write.

Good people aren’t hard to find. They’re everywhere, if you’re looking through the right pair of lenses. Our lens is focused on our values and the belief that if you work hard and be nice to people, good things will come your way. Be decent humans and you’ll meet more decent humans, whether that’s start-ups who are on the same page or candidates who are looking for the right team to grow with. We find good people to build solid teams that create the conditions for everyone to succeed.
